4) SHIPPING: Furniture usually ships out from manufacturer's location in 3 to 4 business days and it is delivered to your door between 8-15 business days from the date of order. We ship UPS and/or Freight Carrier throughout the Continental United States. Over sized items ship via LTL Freight Carrier. We aren’t shipping to Alaska and Hawaii Shipping time may vary based upon the customer's delivery location in the USA and which shipping carrier is chosen. We will be contact to you promptly if we are out of stock or discontinued on an item. our prices are subject to change without prior notice. When your order has been shipped we will contact you via e-mail for indicating an estimated time of arrival.

5) REFUND: 5 Business Day Return/Exchange or Refund Policy on all items. The 5 Business days begin from the Date of Your Delivery to Your Home. All Shipping Charges will be the Responsibility of the Customer. If you are exchanging or requesting a Refund for an Item within the 5 business Day Period, please contact us with this Request and we will Issue an RMA # to You. All Returned Shipments without RMA # will not be accepted. There will be 15% restocking fee with any returned items.

Exclusions: The total price (shipping+product price)needs to be lower then our total price (shipping+product price). The competitor needs to have the product in stock because some competitors advertise the out of stock products lower then the original price.

7)CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled within one business days. All orders are considered to be special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

7) ASSEMBLY: Important information Most of Our Furniture will require some assembly. Easy to follow instructions and all parts (tools, screws, nuts and bolts) are included with those items needing assembly. You may need typical tools such as Phillips head or flat head screw driver, a hammer, and an adjustable wrench etc.
